Utah County, UT
Our team of irrigation sprinkler repair technicians are paid hourly with additional performance-based based on service quality and output. Thus, pay depends on individual productivity and skills. Technicians are trained in our program online (paid) and go through 100 hours of in-field training prior to beginning solo work. Training is required regardless of previous experience.
At Storm Sprinklers, you will learn technical skills such as how to design sprinkler systems, how to diagnose issues, and how to repair broken system elements. You will also be given access to trainings such as irrigation conventions and online trainings for irrigation and sales skills.
Applicants will be interviewed, drug tested, and background tested prior to hiring. You will also complete a ride-along interview to show your ability to work in our team.
Irrigation is seasonal work. While we do our best to keep our team working year-round, there are some winter months that are difficult to fill in Utah due to freezing temperatures.
